02Process
From nameplate to tested unit in five steps
Findings come before repair.
Send the nameplate
Model, serial number, fault description and a photo, on WhatsApp or the request form. Free repairability check.
Courier or pickup
Courier to our Mahadevapura facility, or ask for pickup. Units should be sent de-energised and disconnected.
Diagnosis and quote
Findings first: the failed part and the repair options, before any part is replaced.
Repair and functional check
Failed components replaced with parts from established distributors, then a functional check on the functions the fault affected.
Report and dispatch
Printed report with findings, parts replaced and test readings, sent back with the unit.
